The property was acquired in 2009 by ten individuals who have now decided to part ways.

The property consists of three parcels totalling approximately 115 acres (60 manzanas). The upper parcel, located above the road, offers expansive views and is currently leased for cattle ranching.

The lower parcel, situated below the road, features an orchard, multiple buildings, fertile agricultural land supporting a variety of crops, and direct lake frontage.

The upper parcel is priced at $5,000.00 per Manzana

A wide variety of crops have grown on the property. It includes an established orchard with oranges, grapefruit, lemon, papaya, and starfruit, pineapple, bananas, as well as grazing land and a seven-acre eucalyptus forest. Coconut trees are also distributed throughout the property.
